Marucci is committed to providing athletes with the highest quality gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all returned products are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in the original box if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
